Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Adventist Hospital continued its tradition of providing important first aid services at this year’s Montgomery County Agricultural Fair from Aug. 10-18. Hospital staff also had the chance to interact with our neighbors during opening weekend, Senior Day and Family Day, providing free health screenings, fun activities and giveaways.

Our presence at these community events gives us a chance to meet the people in the community we serve, strengthening our ties as the region’s hospital of choice.

Special thanks to Terry Francis, Director of Perinatal Services at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, for leading the care team for all fairgoers in need of medical attention, as well as Billy Fischer, Director of Environmental Services, and Rob Smith, Assistant Director Grounds/Plant Engineering, for organizing the first aid building.
